Valley Village Mobile Home Community is located in the country town of Platteville, Colorado. Our community enjoys the peace and quiet that you just can’t find in a bigger city. Platteville also has quality schools, plenty of recreation opportunities and friendly neighbors.

We are located in the center of the three larger communities of Longmont, Greeley, and Brighton. We are also only thirty minutes from the University of Northern Colorado and Front Range Community College. Not to mention, the Rocky Mountains are nearby where you can enjoy skiing, fishing, and hiking.

Valley Village was purchased in 1983 primarily by two brothers who at one time lived in a mobile home community themselves and wanted to provide the same affordable housing to individuals. With over 40 years of experience in the mobile home community industry, we strive to offer an incredible community explicitly designed for the people.
